Nutrients for a healthy pennis

There

is so much more a man can be doing for his male organ than a fast rinse in the

bath every morning. One of the best ways for the man to keep his unit running

at peak performance would be to nourish it with a blend of all natural

ingredients. Here are 9

essential nutrients that can improve the into the appearance of the male

organ.

1) Vitamin A: Supplement A is known first and

foremost for its antibacterial property. Within the moist, hot darkness of an area

known for the sun not really shining

there, germs can thrive

and even result in unpleasant and embarrassing male smells. Vitamin A can help fight

the odor causing bacteria and maintain the manhood fresh and healthful.

2) Vitamin B5: Crucial for

cell metabolism; vitamin B5 is important for maintaining the functioning associated with the

male organ. A good dosage of B5 can help the pennis healthy and functioning,

while giving the body a boost a vast amount of needed energy.

3) Vitamin D: Vitamin C may not be thought

of as a male organ helper, but in reality it boosts collagen production, and

increases firmness of the male tissue. Vitamin

C is important to a man’s reproductive functioning and may even improve the

quality of his tumescence.

4) Vitamin D: Vitamin D offers immune functioning

properties and is proven effective at fighting diseases plus improving cell to

functionality. Seems vitamin D is good for healthy bone tissues and boners.

5) Vitamin E : Supplement E

tends to be touted for its skin care properties – and one will be hard pressed

to find a high quality skin product without it –vitamin E is a rich moisturizer that

protects and heals crimson, cracked, itchy and irritated pennis skin. This

intense hydration can make the male organ look and feel better with regular

use.

6) Shea Butter: Shea butter

is another magic skin care ingredient, which is commonly paired with supplement E

in skin care products. Shea

butter deeply hydrates and rejuvenates skin at the cellular level. Shea helps

the particular male organ retain moisture and keep a smooth, supple appearance.

7) Acetyl D Carnitine: Acetyl L Carnitine is one nutrient

many men have no idea by name, but it is especially essential for male organ

health. Acetyl L Carnitine protects the pennis from nerve damage, and

desensitization, which naturally occur with time as a result of the normal wear

plus tear of the average romantic living. In order to deliver a more

powerful punch, it is often paired along with Alpha Lipoic Acid. The set has been found to help

reverse nerve damage and enhance the functioning of the male organ.

8) Alpha dog Lipoic Acid: Alpha Lipoic Acid is a powerful

antioxidant – which means it helps fight malignancy causing free radicals – plus is

useful to protect against pennis cancer. Alpha Lipoic Acid, whenever paired with

Acetyl D Carnitine, can also fight wrinkles and minimize the signs of premature

aging.

9) L-Arginine: A good supply of air is important

to keep the particular male organ healthy and maximize reproductive functioning.

L-Arginine helps improve the circulation in the body by preserving and

repairing the arteries and capillaries in the body. With increased blood circulation, comes

increased oxygenation to some man’s most important appendage, and allows for

healthy tumescence.

Covergirl claims that it provides noticeable better looking skin — it has vitamin B3, B5 and E in it and a sunblock.

Is this OK for longterm use?

Has anyone had negative effects with it?

    Thanks.

  • Con Orpe:

Vaseline Aloe Vera Moisturizing Lotion – it says it contains aloe extract and pro vitamin B5 but I’m not sure if I can use this on my face as well?

I heard that aloe vera was good for your skin…so yeah.

    Thx.

I am doing an assignment on vitamins, and I need to know what body functions need vitamin B5, and what body system(s) does it impact, if you could help me, that would be really great.

    Hello all,

I have been taking vitamin B5 for my adrenals, I later changed this to pantethine just in case my body was unable to convert the B5. However, I have a problem, I have melesma and since taking the pantethine I’ve noticed its gotten far worse. My skin has taken on a grainy, grey colour and the darker bits of my face are more prominant. What frustrates me is that on other hand the pathethine is helping: my weight has decreaeses, my mind is clearer, and I have more energy, I just can’t take the side effects. So, is there an alternative to pathethine supplements, maybe a vegtable where I can find it naturally? And before anyone asks I have done a liver/colon/kidney flush, which is why my worsening melesma is so baffling.

    Answers would be gratefully received.
